Today, American Airlines published an update to its travel retailer policies in the form of its Addendum to Governing Travel Agency Agreements (GTAA) which will go into effect on June 1, 2023. Please review the refreshed addendum to the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) Agency Reporting Agreement and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Sales Agency Agreement (PSAA).

The ARC Agent Reporting Agreement, IATA PSAA and the American Airlines addendum serve as the foundational contractual relationship between American (and its affiliate airlines) and travel retailers. As a reminder, your travel sellers’ continued sale of American Airlines as of June 1, 2023, will affirm your agreement to the terms of the addendum
